Dead Fox Music Competition!
Hooked Up Records (London ,UK) and Sweet Mate Promotions are sponsoring the first ever Dead Fox Music Competition. We are looking for ten bands to feature on a CD that will be released with the July 28th edition of Dead Fox.

HOOKED UP RECORDS SIGN BLACK LIGHT THEATRE FOR A SINGLE DEAL!
We would like to announce the beginning of a partnership between Black Light Theatre and Hooked Up Records.....
HU made a trip to sunny Sheffield this weekend to see BLT play an afternoon show and would like to confirm all rumours that Black Light Theatre are yet another brilliant band to come from this spectacular city!
Hooked Up Records will be releasing a 7" single of '1402 Valentines Massacre' sometime in early October and the band will be playing BIG shows all over the country to showcase their amazing live show!
HUR and BLT are very excited about the signing and look forward to bringing you what will surely be a very important release.....please stay tuned for details of the Sheffield and London single release parties!

Falling out of Cars
'Do you Come Away' 7" Single
Release date Sept 17th
In the last newsletter we reported of a 7" single we are planning with
Falling out of Cars - Well this rumour is coming to fruition very soon with
their debut release 'Do you Come Away'.
There will be much more news about this very soon, in the meantime could you
please get in touch if you can help us out with regional tour dates. If you
put on an indie night somewhere and would like to have the lads come and
play for you - please email us
College Fall Album
Our first ever album release 'Eleven Letters' by College Fall is out on 27th August.
The single 'Gravity' is download only and will preceed the album by
1 week. 'Gravity' has received wide airplay in Australia (the band's homeland!) and has been the soundtrack to ur office for quite a few months
now. We are so excited it's finally going to be available to buy.
College Fall are currently touring UK & Europe.

Firstly we would like to say thank you to everyone who went out and bought
our first ever release HUR001 - Smallgang's 'Waiting for Your Life' 7"
Single. Not only did it chart at *197 (above The Police!) but the launch
party was amazing with over 150 payers and the band played their debut
outdoor festival (Wye Fayre) last weekend!
The single is still availble to buy on download from iTunes, 7digital and
many other digital stores and the 7" is still kicking around in some HMV's
and indie record stores..so if you haven't go a copy of our first ever
release do go and annoy a local sales person asap.
